Construction progress on 27-storey Liv Residence Dubai Marina tower
L-I-V Developers (Liv) said its 27-storey waterfront residential tower, Liv Residence Dubai Marina, was recently topped out with a concrete pour for the structure’s roof. The luxury development is on track for delivery in the summer of 2019.
According to a statement by the developer, the project, launched in January 2018, has also achieved sales of more than 75%, totaling more than $81.7m (AED300m).
The news comes as the group launched the third and final phase of Liv Residence Dubai Marina, made up of units that include two duplex penthouses that offer views of the marina and the sea.

The project contains studios and one-bedroom units – starting at $227,900 (AED837,000) and $351,200 (AED1.29m) respectively – as well as two- and three-bedroom apartments.
Liv said the project “has attracted a mix of buyers, with most demand coming from European expats”, noting too its commitment to “sustainable, ethical building”.
With this in mind, Liv said it has partnered with a “reputed international glass manufacturer” to ensure the the project is both modern and energy-efficient. Glass products used will allow neutral light inside the structure, resulting in lower energy costs and reduced need for artificial light.
Speaking on this latest update, Latif Habib, Liv’s chief executive officer, said: “It has been almost 10 months since we successfully launched Liv Residence Dubai Marina. We have maintained sales momentum over the first two phases of the project, and feel we have delivered on our promises made to purchasers.
“Our conservative strategy to get construction under way ahead of launch has paid off, and has helped us achieve consistent growth. We are now adopting the same conservative approach to further expand our footprint in the local property market, with plans to carefully expand our portfolio into new residential projects in Dubai.”
