LIV Developers announce CRCC as the contractor for their latest project, LIV Marina, valued at AED 500 million
LIV Developers, the leaders in international luxury residential development with roots dating back to 1959, has appointed CRCC as the contractor for its latest project, LIV Marina. The tower is a 45-story luxury residential development located in the prime area of Dubai Marina.
The signing ceremony for the project valued at over AED 500 million, took place at the developer’s head offices in Marina Plaza. On track for completion in 2025, the enabling and foundation works for the tower were completed in June 2021 by Bauer of Germany, one of the world’s largest foundation companies.
LIV Marina tower:
Consisting of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments and signature penthouses, the marina tower will cater to buyers looking to live or invest in luxury boutique properties in one of Dubai’s most prominent locations. The tower’s distinguished design and luxurious finishes will be complemented by waterfront views and a dedicated floor for world-class amenities to offer resort-style living for its residents.

CRCC is currently building the world’s tallest hotel in Dubai. At over 360 meters high and 82 stories, the skyscraper will be the tallest hotel-only building in the world when completed.
