LIV Developers appoints CRCC as main contractor for LIV MARINA

LIV Developers , a leading international luxury residential development company, has appointed CRCC as the contractor for its latest project, LIV MARINA. 

The tower is a 45-story luxury residential development located in the prime area of Dubai Marina.

The signing ceremony for the project valued at over $136mn, took place at LIV Developer’s Head Offices in Marina Plaza. On track for completion in 2025, the enabling and foundation work for the residential tower was completed in June 2021 by Bauer of Germany, one of the world’s largest foundation companies.

Consisting of one-, two-, three-bedroom apartments and signature penthouses, the residential building will cater to buyers looking to live or invest in luxury boutique properties in one of Dubai’s most prominent locations.

The residential tower’s distinguished design and finishes will be complemented by waterfront views and a dedicated floor for world-class amenities to offer resort-style living for its residents.

CRCC is currently building the world’s tallest residential building in Dubai. At over 360 metres high and 82 stories, the skyscraper will be the tallest residential tower in the world when completed.
